Why do so many ideas enter the funnel and so few reach the market?
The innovation team has to show financial results, defend its budget, and still capture the incentives available. Ideavus measures the culture behind innovation, structures the development process, and organizes the use of Lei do Bem, Brazil's R&D tax incentive.
The questions landing on your desk
Full funnel, few launches
Projects move forward without kill criteria, tie up people and budget, and the portfolio falls short of the expected return.
A culture that blocks experimentation
Fear of failure, slow approvals, and little cross-team collaboration kill good ideas before the prototype.
Tax incentives left unused
Expenses eligible under Lei do Bem are not recorded in time or lack the technical documentation needed to support the benefit.
AI without direction in R&D
Tools are tested in isolation, with no criteria for choosing use cases and no data ready to scale.

Common questions
Can my company use Lei do Bem?
As a rule, the law applies to companies taxed under the actual profit regime (lucro real), with taxable profit in the period and good tax standing. Eligibility review is the first step of the work.
Do we need a formal R&D department?
No. Many companies innovate inside engineering, quality, or operations. The work starts by mapping where it already happens.
Won't Stage-Gate slow everything down?
The process is sized to each project's scale and risk. Clear criteria usually speed up decisions because they stop early what has no future.
Why start with culture?
Process without culture becomes bureaucracy. The assessment shows which behaviors need to change for the process to work.
Do you run the projects or only advise?
Both. Ideavus can build the process with your team or run the projects as an outsourced partner.
