Anonymity
Results are always shown in aggregate. No group with fewer than 5 responses is displayed, and for sensitive topics that threshold can be higher.
Open comments
Comments are grouped by theme, with no identification. We review excerpts to remove names and details that could reveal who wrote them.
Who sees what
The company receives group results. Individual responses are never handed to the client. In Leadership 360°, the individual report goes to the leader and to whoever the company defines in the contract, and rater responses are aggregated by source.
Data collection
Each project has its own link, with no corporate login. In organizational assessments, we never ask for the respondent's name.
Storage and retention
Data is kept for the term of the contract and any agreed follow-up rounds. After that, it is anonymized or deleted. The retention period is set in the contract.
LGPD
Processing has a defined legal basis under Brazil's data protection law, and the controller and processor roles are set in the contract. A data processing agreement is available to your company.
Confidentiality
We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. A client's data is never used to identify the company in comparisons, which only use aggregated and anonymous datasets.
Data subject rights
Respondents can request access, correction or deletion of their data at contato@ideavus.com.br.
