Please read before buying. These terms apply to every product in the store.

1. What we sell
Personalized reports generated from the answers of the person who fills in the questionnaire, plus digital kits and templates.
2. How buying works
You place the order, pay by Pix or through the payment provider shown at checkout, and receive access by email.
3. Delivery
The report is available as soon as the questionnaire is completed. The access link is personal. Kits are delivered by download link.
4. Versions
Essential: the report. With reassessment: includes a new link to answer again in 90 days. With feedback session: includes a 45-minute conversation, to be scheduled within 60 days of purchase.
5. Nature of the report
The report reflects the respondent's own answers and is meant for development and guidance. It does not replace a professional evaluation, is not an expert opinion and must not be used for hiring, promotion or performance review.
6. License
Content is for personal use or internal use by the purchasing company. Reselling, redistributing or publishing it is not allowed. The report carries the buyer's name.
