How we work

From survey to a plan in motion, with little effort from your team

A typical project takes 5 to 7 weeks to the results presentation. Your people answer in a few minutes, Ideavus runs the survey and the analysis, and leadership leaves with clear priorities and a plan ready to execute.

Stages

Four stages, clear timelines

Each stage has an owner, a deadline, and a deliverable agreed at the start of the project.

  1. Alignment

    About 1 week

We understand the decision leadership needs to make and agree on the audience, format, and analysis groups (area, level, site).

  2. Survey

    2 to 3 weeks

People answer online, on phone or computer, anonymously. We track participation by area and support internal communication.

  3. Analysis

    1 to 2 weeks

We consolidate the answers and show where the organization stands, which areas pull results up or down, and where leadership and teams see different realities.

  4. Debrief and plan

    Wrap-up

We present the results to leadership and run a workshop to choose priorities and build the 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month plan.

Deliverables

What leadership receives

Material designed to be read in one meeting and turned into decisions.

Current picture

A 0 to 100 index and the organization's maturity stage on the topic assessed.

Strengths and gaps map

Where the organization does well and where it needs to act, by dimension and by area.

Perception gaps

Where leadership and teams, or areas among themselves, see the company differently.

Priorities

What to tackle first, based on business importance and current position.

Action plan

Initiatives with owners, deadlines, and tracking metrics.

Executive report

A document for the board, executive team and, where relevant, auditors or inspectors.

From results to action

How results become a plan

The report is the starting point. The value lies in what the company does with it.

  1. Shared reading

Leadership looks at the same numbers at the same time, which shortens debates based on impressions.

  2. A few priorities

In the workshop, leadership picks the fronts with the greatest effect on results and drops what does not move the needle.

  3. A plan with owners

Each initiative has an owner, a deadline, and a metric. The plan is reviewed at agreed milestones.

  4. New measurement

A reassessment, usually 6 to 12 months later, shows what moved on the same yardstick.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality at every stage

People answer candidly when they know they are protected.

  • Anonymous answers, no individual identification
  • Results shown only for groups of 5 or more people
  • Data handled under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and used only for the project
  • Confidentiality agreement with the client company
Formats

Depth matched to the decision
