Privacy

Privacy and cookies

Here we explain plainly what data the website collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Contact and material forms

When you send a message or request a sample report, we receive your name, email, phone, company, job title, and whatever you write. We use this data only to reply, send the requested material, and talk about Ideavus services, based on your consent.

Shop purchases

When you place an order, we receive your name, e-mail, phone, company and job title, and, for Express Reports, your answers to the questionnaire. We use this data to process payment, generate and deliver the report or files, issue tax documents and contact you about the order. Payment data is handled by the payment institution and is not stored on the website. Orders and reports are kept for the period required by tax law and to allow new downloads.

Free tests

Answers to the free tests are recorded anonymously, with a random session identifier, the language, the device type and, if you provide them, your department, level, and company size. These records are used for statistics and to improve the instruments. Personal data is collected only if you ask to receive the result by email; in that case it is handled as a business contact, with your consent.

Measurement cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages visited, traffic source, clicks, and scrolling, always in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymized and advertising features are turned off. If you decline, none of these services is loaded. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Preferences stored in your browser

The site stores in your own browser your theme choice (light or dark) and your answer to the cookie notice, with the date of the decision. This information is not sent to Ideavus.

How long we keep data

Contact data is kept while there is a business relationship or until you ask for deletion, and for no more than five years after the last contact. Anonymous test records may be kept indefinitely, since they do not identify anyone. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, and Microsoft Clarity data according to that service's policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or hand over personal data. It is processed only by the providers needed to run the site: Hostgator, which hosts the site and the shop orders; Google, which provides the spreadsheet where contacts, orders and anonymous test answers are recorded, as well as Google Analytics and the whistleblowing channel form; Microsoft, for Clarity; the email provider used to reply to messages; and the payment institution chosen at checkout. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.

International transfer

Some of these providers, such as Google and Microsoft, may store data on servers outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer follows the legal bases set out in the LGPD and the contractual safeguards offered by these providers.

Whistleblowing channel

The whistleblowing channel of the Integrity Program uses a Google form that does not collect email addresses and does not require login. Reports may be anonymous. If you choose to identify yourself, your data will be used only to investigate the report and handled confidentially, with protection against retaliation.

Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), server areas blocked from public access, signed delivery links, and access restricted to those who need the data to provide the service.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and request access, correction, anonymization, portability, or deletion, as well as information about sharing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
